SFDA Signs MoU with the Cooperative Governance (CGA)
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Cooperative Governance Association (CGA) to enhance cooperation in developing corporate governance practices and exchanging expertise and knowledge, advancing shared objectives for both entities.
The MoU was signed between H.E. Dr. Hisham S. Aljadhey, CEO of the SFDA, and Mr. Nasser bin Saud Al-Sahli, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the CGA.
The CGA is the first specialized cooperative association dedicated to governance in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
This agreement aims to strengthen partnership and integration between the public and non-profit sectors, as well as enhancing institutional efficiency and performance, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
