​H.E.  the Chief Executive Officer of SFDA, Dr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Kanhal, his VPs and Assistants visited Al Hadithah Point of Entry ,Tuesday morning 5/2/1434H. His Excellency was received by the Governor of Al Qurayat Province, Mr. Saleh bin Abdul Aziz Al Jasser and the Director of Al Hadithah POE Customs,  Mr. Zayid bin Atta Allah Al Zayid. H.E toured the POE facilities during which he visited the Model Exhibition of the Customs department which highlighted the achievements of customs personnel in fighting smugglers and traffickers, exhibiting  samples of captured items and the methods of trafficking and commercial counterfeit. Afterwards, H.E. Visited SFDA sectors & laboratories to stand on work progress where he held an open meeting with SFDA employees at the POE to discussed and resolve all the difficulties encountered by them.

It worth mentioning that SFDA quarters, control laboratories and clearance offices are provided with the necessary equipment, facilities and qualified resources to strengthen SFDA presence at  land, sea and air points of entry to guarantee safety of food, security and efficacy of drug and efficiency of medical devices and products.
