Joint Collaboration between Saudi Food and Drug Authority & King Abdullah Education Enhancement Project

The Saudi FDA held a meeting with King Abdullah Education Enhancement Project to discuss the appropriate mechanism for development a memo of understanding for the joint collaboration in order to achieve the joint community service objectives in the field of food and drug. This includes agreement on educational levels- from primary up to secondary grade- through development of awareness messages and programs suitable to each age category to guide and educate them in this field.

This agreement comes in contribution to achievement of SFDA priorities and objectives including spreading food and drug awareness to contribute to improvement and protection of health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Kanhal, CEO of Saudi Food & Drug Authority emphasized on the importance of continuous coordination and collaboration between Saudi Food and Drug Authority & King Abdullah Education Enhancement Project and the importance of supporting such agreements that will achieve SFDA Ojective of spreading food and drug awareness across all community segments
