Before join Cordis, she has served in various roles in both corporate, regional and China team in charge of Registration, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Intelligence and policy advocacy in Abbott and Johnson & Johnson since 2007.

Victoria holds strong connection and partnership with key stakeholders in China and in the APAC region. And Victoria has been actively engages with AHWP/GHWP work when she serves as the WG 9 (UDI and Nomenclature) vice – chair from industry for the past 5 years . Victoria further her regional and China regulatory harmonization work by serving as the APACMed RA Committee China CoE Vice Chair from 2020 onward after her previous role as the group’s Capacity Building Chair where she leads the industry effort in capacity building and harmonized implementation of IMDRF/GHTF harmonized guidance in the region for both regulators and industry.

Victoria hold the M.S degree from University of Miami, Florida, U.S.A. and Victoria speaks fluent English and has been a frequent speaker in international meetings and conferences.

Victoria is from Beijing, and she’s now based in Beijing with her family.
