Bryan has started serving the GHWP (formerly known as AHWP) since 2008, and currently serves as the Executive Secretary General of GHWP.

Bryan has 20+ years of experience in medical devices R&D, regulatory affairs and consultancy services. He is the Managing Director on Business Development of the Multi-Scale Medical Robotics Center (MRC) under Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

As a Registered Professional Engineer & Adjunct Associate Professor in Biomedical Engineering, Bryan served as co-principal investigator & investigator in Medtech R&D projects on orthopedics, dermatology, prosthodontic and surgery, through Innovation Technology Fund of  Hong Kong SAR Government & industrial funding.

Before joining CUHK, Bryan was the Deputy General Manager of HKPC, and led the team in compiling pilot schemes of medical device risk management & drug GDP in Hong Kong, partner with ECRI in consultancy study on Control of Use of Selected Medical Devices in Hong Kong for Hong Kong SAR Government and supported 20+ design and manufacturing companies in Hong Kong SAR & in the Mainland China on GMP & ISO13485 QMS through consultancy services.

Bryan is the Founding Committee Member of IEEE-EMBS Hong Kong-Macau Joint Chapter, Member of Biomedical Discipline Advisory Panel of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
