Food Sector participation in the Hygienic Control of Food
in the Holy Places during the Hajj Season
The Food Sector of the SFDA delegates some of its employees, specializing in the field of food, to participate in the food inspection services during the Hajj season. The objective of this mission is to have a close look at the food safety control practices conducted in Makkah and Madinah during the Hajj period (25/11/1427 -15/12/1427 AD).
