The Saudi Society for Food and Nutrition Set to Launch the 4th Saudi Conference on Food and Nutrition

The Saudi Society for Food and Nutrition is set to launch the 4th Saudi Conference on Food and Nutrition which will be held in Riyadh between 19-21/11/1427H corresponding to 10-12/12/2007 under the theme “The future of food and nutrition in light of new advancements” This will be a continuation of devoted work by the College of Food Science and Agriculture during the last conferences.
The conference will have many important topics, they are outlined as follows; human nutrition in health and disease, food technology and engineering, food safety, food services, food chemistry and analysis, new local and international standards related to food and nutrition, production and processing of food in the kingdom under the world trade organization regulations, food irradiation, and genetically modified food.
