The SFDA Food Sector launched two overnight programs conducted during the period from 25 Thu Al Hejah 1434 AH (30 Oct 2013) to 15 Muharam 1435 (18 Nov 2013) in two major Riyadh shopping malls (Granada Mall and Al Othaim Mall).

The first program is a survey to assess the dietary and nutritional status of adults in Riyadh.

The Second program is entitled (toward a safe food) which comes as part of the efforts exerted by the SFDA Food Sector to spread public awareness about how to avoid food contamination while shopping refrigerating or preparing food.

This program is run by the Consumer Awareness Section of the Executive Department of Communication and Awareness, along with other activities, to address various groups within the community throughout the year.
