SFDA participated, by presenting  its experience in management and automation of Business Processes, in Sydney annual Conference: ”Building Business Capability” on September 10, 2012.The first session of the conference, dedicated for SFDSA, was opened by HE Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Kanhal, SFDA President, who delivered a recorded presentation about the significance of Business Processes Management and its impact on business enhancement, meanwhile he reassured his continual support to the enhancement of business processes in SFDA.

SFDA was represented in this conference by HE The Executive Director of Automated Services Department, Engineer/ Khaled bin Abdul Aziz Al Rasheed, where he explained SFDA Strategy for Business Processes Management and the challenges they overcame. Also, SFDA was represented by Engineer/ Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Hagabani, Director of Business Processes Management & Strategic Information Intelligence, who overviewed SFDA Experience in the development and automation of Business Processes.

It worth mentioning that Building Business Capability is an annual International Conference held in Sydney, Australia to overview international organizations’ experience in Business Process management, attended by international leading organizations in this field.
