SFDA, represented by Food Sector- Executive Department for Communication &Awareness- organized a knowledge  awareness project on how to deal with food to ensure that it is free  from contamination with microbes. The project  was launched in both cities of Jizzan ( Al Rashid Mall , 8-9/5/1434) and Jeddah ( Red Sea Mall  12-13/5/1434 & Haifa Mall , 15-16/5/1434).

The purpose of the project is to identify the healthy methods for treatment of food to avoid its contamination during shopping, storage at home or processing. It is noteworthy that this project is one of the projects that this department intends to launch in several regions of the Kingdom during the year 1434 H.
