The activities of Drug Awareness Program, organized by SFDA Drug Sector in the Kingdom, are now continuing. SFDA is organizing Drug Awareness Activities in Hayat Mall in Riyadh during mid-year holidays and will last for 4 days from Saturday 27/2/1433 H to Tuesday1/3/1433 H, after Isha prayer.

The awareness program is managed by a group of pharmacists. The purpose of the program is to strengthen and promote drug awareness among all community categories, avoid drug misuse, provide directions for safe and favorite drug storage storage conditions. The program includes theatre shows for children about drug awareness, quiz and competition on ideal use of drugs, in addition to warning about the risks of drug misuse. The Program is targeted to children in particular and parents in general.

It worth mentioning that the drug awareness program is usually organized by SFDA on separate intervals throughout the year in the different regions of the Kingdom. The program targets awareness of children at home in order to make them aware of drugs through adoption of Learning by Entertainment Method.
