H.E The Minister of Planning & Economy, Dr. Mohammed bin Sulaiman Al Jasser and his delegation visited today SFDA Head Office where he was received by H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Kanhal, CEO of Saudi Food & Drug Authority, his Vice Presidents & Assistants . The visit comes in line with cooperation of Government entities, synergy and utilization of available resources.

 Dr. Al Jasser overviewed the processes, systems and regulations of food, drug and medical devices & products market, SFDA sector, departments and divisions and the business mechanism adopted by SFDA to ensure  safety of food, safety and efficacy of drug and safety an efficiency of medical devices and products.

At the end of the visit, H.E Minister of Planning & Economy thanked SFDA  staff and valued their critical role in maintaining people’s health. Dr. Al Kanhal also thanked H.E. Dr. Mohammed Al Jasser and presented him a souvenir shield in this event.
