His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense Inaugurated SFDA Stand, in Janadria, as part of the National Festival for Heritage and Culture (Janadria 29) and was received by H.E. The Chief Executive Officer of SFDA, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Almishal and Mr. Abdul Rahman bin Isa Jassas VP for Shared Services sector and Mr. Mazen  bin Musa al-Ismail Executive Director of Public Relations and Media.
As His Highness toured SFDA Stand in Al Janadria he viewed the future projects of SFDA, launched SFDA electronic services Systems that will serve citizens and residents and was briefed on SFDA’s sectors and viewed some of the exhibited samples of captured  harmful herbal substances, drugs or food. At the end of the tour, His Excellency SFDA Chief Executive Officer presented a souvenir to His Royal Highness.

It is worth mentioning that SFDA  participation comes the fourth time in a row, for its belief of the  importance of consumer awareness as well as the clarification of SFDA activities and mandate  to the community in the service of the country ,the citizens and residents, as well as identifying the rules ,regulations and mechanisms used by SFDA to ensure food safety and the safety, quality and efficacy of drug and the safety and efficiency of medical devices and products.
