SFDA Wins "Prism Award" for Best Organization Applying Practices to Enhance HR Leadership Skills in Middle East

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) was granted the Prism Award in the Middle East after winning first place for the best organization applying coaching practices in enhancing and improving leadership skills in human resources, presented by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

ICF announced the winner during a ceremony held in Muscat, Oman, on Thursday, September 29, 2022, to distribute the prizes.

The Prism Award is a highly competitive international award designed to encourage organizations to adopt coaching as a concept and development tool per the highest standards.

SFDA has adopted the concept of coaching as a developmental tool since 2018. This concept focuses on enhancing and improving leadership skills and performance levels and achieving results that ensure clarity of directions. Moreover, cohaching also focuses on build trust and a good relationship between leadership, employees and stakeholders with the highest possible efficiency, in addition managing daily business challenges and taking the initiative in continuous development that is concerned with achieving the objectives of the Authority.
