SFDA Chief Executive Officer Launches the Electronic Correspondence Program

H.E. The Chief Executive Officer of SFDA launched today, Thursday 16/7/135H, at SFDA’s  IT Conference room The Electronic Transactions Program. The purpose of the program is to develop SFDA’s business mechanism and migrate to a paperless business environment. The program provides transaction tracking service, monitoring of users KPI at sector and department and individual levels. The program also provides inquiry about transactions service for users  from outside SFDA, in addition to escalation of transactions electronically in case of delay.

It is noteworthy that SFDA aims through application of this program, to support the efforts of e-government activation and get rid of paper transactions by developing the appropriate infrastructure.
